Of course, we want to make every effort to make sure that Report Mule is working for you.  Please let us know what we can do to make the app work better for you!

However, if you simply no longer need Report Mule, you can cancel your subscription at any time. At that point, your subscription will last until the end of the current monthly billing cycle.

Please contact usersuccess@reportmule.com and we will stop your automatic monthly billing.
