Your account holds all of your projects. Under your account, there will be individual users. You are able to choose which users are able to access each project within your account and set permissions for which features your users are able to see and chance.
When Adding Users to your account you can assign different permissions:
Non-Admin:
- Create a new report
- Manage Keywords
- Manage Categories
Admin:
- Manage Reports
- Change Output Settings
Owner:
- View Archived Reports
Creator:
- Manage Users (Invite New Users to a Project, Remove Users from Project)
- Manage Projects (Create New Projects, Archive Projects)
- Manage Account and Billing
