Our Web reports are optimized to be viewed in a web browser (on desktop or mobile devices). This lets us include logos and images and still provide a consistent experience to your end user. You can send the link to your final report to anyone that you want and they can see it without needing to log in or have a Report Mule account.
The Print reports can also be shared by sending a link, but you can also copy/paste them into the body of an email. There are a lot of variables out of our control depending on the email client you use, but the format of these reports in most cases translates well to email.
